Safe Table is UNE's first annual Food Allergy Awareness Day, hosted by the Red Sneakers for Oakley chapter. The event brings 

students, faculty, and Maine partners together for a two-hour campus celebration built around allergen-friendly vendors, 

epinephrine training, and fundraising to expand stock epinephrine at colleges across Maine and New England
